Privacy, plainly.

EightySixOS is being built by EightySix Digital. This site is a pre-launch marketing website and an early-access list. This page explains what I collect here, and how I handle it.

What I collect

If you request early access, I collect the details you give me: your name, your work email, your agency name, and the rough number of clients you manage. I do not collect anything you do not type in.

How I use it

I use it for one thing: to contact you about EightySixOS early access, and to understand who is interested so I can build the right product. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help me run the site.

Who processes it

Early-access form submissions are handled by my form provider, and the site is hosted on a standard cloud platform. These providers process data on my behalf, under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

I keep early-access details until launch, or until you ask me to remove them. You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time, and I will.

Cookies

This site keeps things simple. I do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If that changes, I will update this page and tell you.
